Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes, You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account.
How do I cancel my order?
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. Still, we allow you to cancel your order within two working hours of ordering by emailing us at crm@ideallinguatranslations.com. Your order can be cancelled after two hours if our team hasn't assigned the task to our translators. You can contact us through email or Whatsapp to know if it is started or not.
Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within an hour, please get in touch at crm@ideallinguatranslations.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam, junk, or promotions folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
Do you courier all kind of translated documents?
The hard copies of the documents are delivered only when you need to submit them somewhere otherwise the soft copies are sent through email.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship free of cost in all over India while couriers out of India will be chargable.

Where are your translators?
Translation generally takes place in the targeted country to ensure that the translation follows current linguistic trends and will be well accepted by its audience and authorities where you need to submit it. We make sure to get the translation by native translators only. ILT has experienced, professional translators, editors and proofreaders.
Will translation provided by you be acceptable in visa offices and any other Government authority (In case of certified translation)?
As of now, there is no Government Authorized Translation agency in India. We have been working in this field for more than 10 years and our translation is certified and acceptable in almost all Government offices, Embassies and Consulates. We provide certified translation on our Letter Head, with our certification, stamp and signature.
What kind of translations do you offer?
We provide all kinds of translations including legal translation (certified) and non-certified translation of Health & Life-Sciences, Manufacturing & Engineering content, Marketing and Creative content translation, Business translation, Translation of Amazon listing etc.
Do I need to submit original documents to you?
No, you don't need to submit your original documents. A scanned copy, fax or photograph is sufficient.
Do I have to visit your office to collect my translated documents?
If you want to collect in person then you are most welcome. Otherwise, it's not necessary as we courier your documents to the address you provide at the time of buying our service online.
Is there any delivery charges of documents, if yes how much?
The Delivery of hard copy is FREE across India.
If there is any correction, can it be done after the delivery of the document?
In the case of certified translation
Our professionals go through the documents various times to make sure there is no error and also the same draft is sent to you before delivering a scanned copy via email so that you can check and give us the confirmation to take prints of the final document. If still, there are corrections to be made and you notify us after the delivery or when the hard copy is ready so you have to pay 250 Rs. extra charges of our resources we have put.
In the case of non-certified translation
Our team will not hesitate to make genuine corrections any time you ask.
Is there any discount for large volume?
Absolutely Yes!
Discount is given based on the document ( No. of words/pages/repetitions, etc.).

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment by PayPal. If you decide to use PayPal you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is completed.
Where is my refund?
We aim to process refunds within 2-3 business days of a service being cancelled. Your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account.
