After the services is delivered by Ideal Lingua Translations, if any errors are found and in the delivered work, It will be corrected without any additional charge at the earliest convenience. If we had showed your work before delivering or printing or dispatching then we may charge you a nominal fee to prepare another set of documents.


Please ensure that you inspect the delivery as soon as you receive it. If there is any issue, inform us of the same at certifiedtranslationindia.del@gmail.com so that we can fix the issues and arrange the delivery again.
Once the service has been delivered, ownership of the delivered work is transferred to you from us and from this point the item is your responsibility, it is therefore your responsibility.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this Replacement Policy, viz: – Any product or service that is returned without original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery. – Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
Refunds
If a customer has not received the product(s) or services then he/she can claim the amount paid for the product(s) from us and we shall be responsible for the refund of the amount as early as possible to the customer. In such cases you simply need to mail us at info@ideallinguatranslations.com with your order details within 7 days of placing the order.

Shipment Status & Order Tracking
All orders placed from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) will be processed within 2-3 working days upon confirmation of payment. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent to all the customers upon placing the order.
